`1 This order addresses an issue that is identical in all three cases. Therefore, we
`exercise discretion to issue one order to be filed in each of the three cases. The
`parties, however, are not authorized to use this style heading in subsequent papers
`since doing so may cause confusion.

`Further to the Scheduling Orders in the instant proceedings (Papers 22, 17,
`
`and 20, in CBM2013-00052, CBM2013-00053, and CBM2013-00054,
`
`respectively), we exercise our discretion under 37 C.F.R. § 42.5(c)(1) to reset the
`
`time for oral argument (DUE DATE 7) from October 22, 2014 to October 29,
`
`2014. The change is being made because of an unavoidable conflict. An Order on
`
`Oral Hearing will follow, upon request by either party for oral hearing, setting out
`
`the particulars of the oral hearing. Any conflicts raised by the parties because of
`
`the change in the date will be considered, but the parties are reminded that space
`
`and scheduling limitations can make accommodations difficult.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 7 in each proceeding is reset to October 29,
`
`2014.
