`Technologies Holdings, Inc. and DMT Licensing, LLC jointly own SightSound Technologies,
`LLC in equal shares. DMT Licensing, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric
`Company.

`Related Matter
`The above-referenced ‘440 patent is also currently at issue in SightSound Technologies,
`LLC v. Apple, Inc., Case No. 2:11-cv-01292-DWA in the United States District Court for the
`Western District of Pennsylvania. The ‘440 patent is also currently at issue in CBM2013-00023.
`Related U.S. Patent 5,191,573 is currently at issue in CBM2013-00019 and CBM 2013-00020.
`Additionally, the ‘440 patent was previously at issue in SightSound Technologies, LLC v.
`Roxio, Inc., Case No. 2:04-cv-01549-DWA (stipulated dismissal entered on May 7, 2012) and
`SightSound.com, Inc. v. N2K, Inc., CDnow, Inc., and CDnow Online, Inc., Case No. 2:98-cv-
`00118-DWA (final order and judgment on consent February 12, 2004), both in the United States
`District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The ‘440 and two related patents, U.S.
