`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner Volusion, Inc. (“Volusion”),
`
`by and through its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition
`
`of Scott Nettles. Mr. Nettles’ deposition will take place, as agreed by
`
`counsel for the parties, on March 10, 2014, commencing at 8:00 am (local
`
`time), and continuing from day to day until completed, at the offices of
`
`Haynes and Boone, 600 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701.
`
`Counsel for Patent Owner Versata Development Group, Inc. (“Versata”) has
`
`represented that Mr. Nettles is willing to appear at the time and location
`
`indicated above.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other
`
`officer authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using
`
`audiotape and/or stenographic means. Volusion also intends to video record
`
`the cross-examination of Mr. Nettles. The arrangements for the reporter and
`
`videographer will be made by counsel for Volusion.
