`I have been practicing in the field of intellectual property, and particularly, patent

`litigation, for over thirty years.

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California and am

`admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Courts ofAppeal for the Seventh,

`Ninth and Federal Circuits, and United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern

`and Eastern Districts of California, the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Texas,
`the District of Colorado, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of

`Michigan and all California state courts.

`I have been in private practice and litigating patent cases since May 1982, been

`both trial and appeal. As one example, I represented the Roche defendants before the trial court,

`the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court in Board OfTrustees Of The

`Leland Stanford Junior University V Roche Molecular Systems, Inc, et at’.

`I have never been suspended, disbarred, sanctioned or cited for contempt by any

`court or administrative body.

`I have never had a court or administrative body deny my application for

`admission to practice.

`I have read and will comply with Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the

`Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.
