`Owner sufficient time to prepare its Response in view of the timing of the

`deposition of Petitioners’ expert, Steven R. Kursh:

`As provided in the Joint Stipulation filed on May 31, 2013, Due Date 1 has
`
`been moved from June 29, 2013, to July 3, 2013.
`
`Pursuant to the Scheduling Order entered March 29, 2013 (Paper 19),

`attached is a photocopy of the Due Date Appendix attached to that Order, with the
`
`old Due Date 1 crossed out and the new due date inserted by hand.
