`Pursuant to 37 CFR § 42.6(b), Petitioner files this motion to request

`electronic acceptance of a partially filed petition on September 16, 2012 due to

`technical difficulties, as attested to and authorized by Patent Trial and Appeals
`
`Board Judges Lorin and Arbes.

`On September 16, 2012, Petitioner attempted to submit a Covered Business
`
`Method Post-Grant Review Petition including Mandatory Notices, Certificate of
`
`Service, Exhibits, Related Matters, and all other relevant information. However,
`
`technical difficulties arose that neither the PRPS employees nor the Petitioner
`
`could resolve. See Appendix 1. While the documents appear to be filed and the
`
`petitioner has successfully paid the fee, in order to be afforded the September 16,
`
`2012 filing date the Petitioner submits the following.
