`Patent Owner Frontline Technologies, Inc. (“Frontline”) requests a
`hearing on the issues of this case. Paper 50. Although Petitioner CRS
`Advanced Technologies, Inc. (“CRS”) does not request a hearing, CRS
`agrees to participate in a hearing should a hearing be held. Paper 52.

`Frontline’s request for a hearing is granted.
`Each party will have sixty (60) minutes of total time to present
`arguments. Petitioner will proceed first to present its case. Thereafter,
`Patent Owner will present its case. Each party may reserve rebuttal time.
`Based on the record of this case, the Board exercises its discretion to
`make the hearing publically available via in-person attendance. In-person
`attendance will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis. The
`Board will provide a court reporter for the hearing and the reporter’s
`transcript will constitute the official record of the hearing.
`The parties are directed to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(b) regarding
`demonstrative exhibits. Any issue regarding demonstrative exhibits should
`be resolved prior to the hearing by way of a joint telephone conference call
`to the Board.
`Upon consideration, it is
`ORDERED that a hearing is set for 13 August 2013, at 10:00 a.m., on
`the ninth floor of Madison Building East, 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria,
`Virginia.
