`In 2005, Frontline granted a license that included a conditional, exclusive,

`or sell “Licensed Products and Services” in a field of use described as “banking.”

`The term “Licensed Products and Services” was defined to mean all products and

`services offered by the third party company, the manufacture, use, importation,

`offer for sale, or sale of which would infringe an unexpired, valid, and enforceable
`
`claim of certain licensed patents including the ‘151 patent and any subsequent
`
