`Further to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper requesting oral
`
`hearing and specifying issues to be argued, Petitioner submits this Request for Oral
`
`Hearing on the instituted ground of unpatentability for claims 17 and 26-29 of US.
`
`Patent No. 6,553,350 under 35 U.S.C. § 101 and associated issues. The Board has
`
`already scheduled the Oral Hearing for April 17, 2013. Paper 45, p. 3.
`
`Also, during the March 14, 2013 Hearing, the Board asked whether the
`
`parties would have any objections or concerns with publicly broadcasting the Oral
`
`Hearing via telephone or webcast. VX2098, 20:12—25:17. Petitioner does not
`
`object to the Board publicly broadcasting the Oral Hearing.
`
`Finally, the Board asked the parties to notify the Board if the total number of
`
`spaces required for the Oral Hearing exceeds five. Paper 45, p. 3. Petitioner
`
`hereby requests that, in addition to lead and back—up counsel, seven spaces be
`
`reserved at the Oral Hearing to accommodate its counsel and corporate
`
`representatives.
