`Corporation, a Delaware corporation, f/k/a Viacom Inc., successor by merger to CBS Corporation, a

`Pennsylvania corporation, f/k/a Westinghouse Electric Corporation, in the above-entitled action, that
`
`whereas no party hereto is an infant, incompetent person for whom a committee has been appointed
`
`or conservatee and no person not a party has an interest in the subject matter of this action, the
`
`above entitled action be, and the same hereby is discontinued without prejudice as to PARAMOUNT
`
`GLOBAL only without costs to either party hereto as against the other. This Stipulation may be filed
`
`without further notice with the Clerk of the Court.
