Darby Ginsberg is court reporter. The Court finds Defendant knowingly, intentionally and voluntarily waives his physical appearance and consents to this proceeding to be conducted telephonically. The Court also found sufficient reasoning pursuant to the CARES Act as to why this proceeding can't be further delayed without serious harm to the interests of justice. The Court also issued an oral R. 5(f) order and will file a written order. Oral argument held. Defendant's application for bail is denied as the Court finds Defendant to be a risk of flight and shall be detained pending trial.
