1/23/2025FILED JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE as to Alexis Mercedes (1), Pleaded guilty to Count(s) 1, 2, Imprisonment for a total term of 60 months for each of Count 1 and Count 2, to be served concurrently. Supervised release for a term of 3 Years. The court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: The Court recommends that the defendant be designated to a facility close to New York City, specifically Fort Dix, to the extend consistent with his security designation. The Court recommends that the defendant be permitted to participate in the RDAP treatment program, in and to the extent, the BOP determines that the defendant is eligible to do so.
