`As the Court is aware, I represented Mr. Bidjiev in the above referenced matter. At
`
`thetime of his arrest, Mr. Bidjiev’s passport was seized by federal authorities. On November 5,
`2020, this Court entered Judgment against Mr. Bidjiev after sentencing him to five (5) years of
`probation, 250 hours of community service, and $87,050.00 restitution. With the consent of the
`Government and Pre-trial Services, we are requesting that Mr. Bidjiev’s passport be returned to
`him as soon as possible.
