`Counsel for all parties are directed to appear for an Initial Pretrial Conference on: Friday,
`September 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 14-C. Pursuant to Rule 6G of my Individual
`Practices (attached), the submission of the joint letter and proposed civil case management (attached)
`plan is due by: Wednesday, September 3, 2014. The parties need not comply with the initial
`conference requirements as set forth in Standing Order M-10-468. The Standing Order will be
`discussed at the initial conference.
