`Pursuant to Your Honor’s Individual Rule of Practice for Civil Cases IV.H, Plaintiff
`Network-1 Technologies, Inc. and Defendants Google LLC and YouTube, LLC respectfully
`submit this joint letter to inform the Court that all supplemental summary judgment briefing has
`been fully submitted for more than 90 days. See Dkt. Nos. 273-279 in Case No. 1:14-cv-2396-
`PGG-SN and Dkt. Nos. 209-215 in Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN (supplemental summary
`judgment briefing); see also Dkt. Nos. 233-239 in Case No. 1:14-cv-2396-PGG-SN and Dkt. Nos.
`168-174 in Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN (original summary judgment briefing). On November
`19, 2020, both Network-1 and Defendants requested oral argument on the pending summary
`judgment motions, and oral argument has not yet been scheduled. See Dkt. Nos. 242-243 in Case
`No. 1:14-cv-2396-PGG-SN and Dkt. Nos. 177-178 in Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN.
