`I am an attorney with Russ, August & Kabat, and counsel for Network-1

`Technologies, Inc. in the above-captioned cases. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated
`
`herein, and I could and would competently testify to them if asked to as a witness.

`Attached as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of the document produced in these
`
`cases with beginning Bates number LEONARD_0000439, entitled Form 10-K Network-1
`
`Technologies, Inc.
`

`Attached as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of the transcript of the hearing before

`the Magistrate Judge concerning Defendants’ motion to strike portions of Network-1’s

`supplemental expert report, dated October 6, 2022.

`Rebuttal Report of Dr. Gregory K. Leonard, served on February 14, 2020 in the above-captioned cases.

`third-party information that is not necessary or relevant to Network-1’s objections to the Magistrate’s

`Order.
