`Network-1 Technologies, Inc. hereby informs the Court that its motion for summary judgment
`has been fully submitted for more than 90 days. See Dkt. Nos. 233-239 in Case No. 1:14-cv-2396
`and Dkt. Nos. 168-174 in Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN. Both Network-1 and Defendants
`previously requested oral argument on this motion, and oral argument has not yet been
`scheduled. See Dkt. Nos. 242-243 in Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN and Dkt. Nos. 177-178 in
`Case No. 1:14-cv-9558-PGG-SN.

`Defendants also have a motion for summary judgment that has been fully submitted for
`more than 90 days, and both Network-1 and Defendants also requested oral argument on this
