`This agreement is not what we had in mind.
`
`1. Dr. Cox can’t agree to work 15 hours a month for free forever. Dr. Cox would be willing to provide up
`to 5 hours a month during the term of the Main Agreement for no additional charge.
`
`2. Dr. Cox is not agreeing to assign new IP.
`
`3. We thought this agreement was for Dr. Cox to provide consulting services to assist with the assertion,
`litigation and/or prosecution of the patents which are the subject of the agreement or any
`continuations. If new patents are filed, that is new.
`
`4. Also, please note that Dr. Cox’s consulting rate is $350.00 per hour.
`
