`Without conceding to the merits of the rejections, independent claim 1 is amended by this
`
`response to recite, inter alia, the step of correlating, by the computer system using a non(cid:173)
`
`exhaustive, near neighbor search, the first electronic media work with an electronic media work
`
`identifier (emphasis added). A comparable amendment is made to independent claim 21. As
`
`recognized by the Examiner during the interview, the claims as amended render the outstanding
`
`rejections moot and place the application in condition for allowance.

`If, however, the Examiner believes that there are any unresolved issues, or believes that
