`We write to update the Court regarding the status of this matter as relates to
`various proceedings in the patent office and appeals thereof. Pursuant to a Stipulation and
`Proposed Order separately submitted to the Court via ECF, the parties have reached agreement
`regarding resolution of the remaining patent office proceedings and the lifting of the stay in these
`matters. To that end, the parties request that the Court set a scheduling conference to address
`continued proceedings in these matters.
