JUDGMENT as to Marvin Pippins: The Court sentences the Defendant to imprisonment for a period of thirty (30) years on count 1 (S-3), ten (10) years on count 2 (S-3), Life on count 3 (S-3), thirty (30) years on count 4 (S-3), fifteen (15) years on count 6 (S-3), and five (5) years on count 7 (S-3). Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 (S-3) are to run concurrently with each other. Count 7 (S-3) to run consecutively to each count 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 (S-3). Supervised Release not imposed. $100 special assessment on each count for a total of $600. All underlying indictments are dismissed on the Government's motion. The Government also moves to dismiss the element of count 6 (S-3) which alleges 280 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 841 (b)(l)(A), which was not pursued at trial.
