`2. Substantial completion of document production and certification of substantial

`3. All fact discovery, including any third-party depositions, is to be complete by

`4. All opening expert disclosures and reports must be served by April 22, 2025.

`5. All rebuttal expert disclosures and reports must be served June 23, 2025.

`settlement conference with the Court.
