`ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO
`AMEND THEIR INFRINGEMENT CONTENTIONS
`THIS MATTER having been brought before the Court upon the application of Plaintiff
`OANDA Corporation (“OANDA”), by and through their attorneys, for an Order granting OANDA
`leave to amend its infringement contentions; and the Court having considered the papers submitted
`in support of the related application; and the Court having considered that Defendants GAIN
`Capital Holdings, Inc., and GAIN Capital Group, LLC (collectively “GAIN”) do not object to the
`amendment requested herein; and the Court having further found that the standards of Local Patent
`Rule 3.7 have been met and support the amendment of OANDA’s infringement contentions,
`including that OANDA’s application is timely and good cause exists for the requested amendment
`herein; and the Court having considered the status of these proceedings and the pleadings of
`record; and for the reasons set forth in the record of the proceedings, and for other good cause
`having been shown,

`ORDERED that OANDA’s application, pursuant to Local Patent Rule 3.7, for leave to
`amend its infringement contentions is GRANTED; and it is further
`ORDERED that OANDA may serve its Second Amended Infringement Contentions
`within five (5) business days of the date of receipt of this Order.
`ORDERED that GAIN may serve its Non-infringement Contentions and Responses
`responding to any new contentions raised in OANDA’s Second Amended Infringement
`Contentions pursuant to L. Pat. R. 3.2A within forty-five (45) days of the date of service of
`OANDA’s Second Amended Infringement Contentions.
