`Defendants’ GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. and GAIN Capital Group, LLC (“GAIN”), by and

`through their attorneys, for an Order granting GAIN leave to amendits invalidity contentions in
`
`response to OANDA Corporation’s (‘OANDA”) newly amended infringement contentions
`
`pursuantto Local Patent Rule 3,7; and the Court having considered the papers submitted in support
`
`of the related application; and the Court having considered that OANDA does not object to the
`
`amendmentrequested herein; and the Court having further found that the standards ofLocal Patent
