`We, along with our co-counsel from Koning Zollar LLP, represent Plaintiff OANDA
`Corporation in this matter.
`The Court’s Text Order of January 9, 2023 (D.E. 159) required the parties to submit a
`proposed Case Management Order by today. The parties are still discussing a proposed schedule
`and, therefore, on behalf of both Plaintiff and Defendant GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc., we are
`writing to request a short extension to January 26, 2023, for the parties to submit the proposed
`Case Management Order requested by the Court.
`If this modification is acceptable to Your Honor, we ask that this letter be endorsed “So
