`No. 24); and the parties having agreed to the dates below; and good cause having been shown;

`ORDERED THAT the Scheduling Order entered on February 20, 2015 (ECF No. 24) is

`amended as follows:

`By May 13, 2015, the parties shall exchange an identification of all intrinsic

`evidence and extrinsic evidence that each party intends to rely upon to oppose any other party’s
`proposed construction.

`By May 20, 2015, the parties shall meet and confer for the purposes of narrowing
`2.
`the issues and finalizing preparation of a Joint Claim Construction and Prehearing Statement;
`
`
`By June 3 2015, the parties shall complete and file a Joint Claim
`3.
`C onstruction and Prehearing Statement, which shall contain items 11(b)—(f) from the
`Scheduling Order (ECF No. 24);
`
`By July 7, 2015, the parties shall file and serve their opening Markman
`4.
`briefs and any evidence supporting claim construction, including experts’ certifications or
`declarations;
