`Brendan Walsh of Pashman Stein accept service on behalf of Angela Verrecchio as he indicated
`he would in his letter to the Court of July 28, 2023.

`Although we have some reservations regarding the firm’s authorized to accept service on
`behalf of Angela Verrecchio, a former employee of Akin. We shall rely on the representation
`of Mr. Walsh as an Officier of the Court regarding his authority to accept service for Ms.
`Verrecchio in this matter. We hope that there will be no need to bring this matter before
`the Court again.
