`We write in response to Plaintiff’s letter requesting leave to file a Motion to Establish
`Constructive Service on Roger Chin, who is a partner at our firm (ECF No. 57). On behalf of
`Mr. Chin, we offered to accept service to him by email before Plaintiff filed its letter, and
`Plaintiff served the complaint by email after filing its letter.
`
`Plaintiff has agreed to extend the deadline for Mr. Chin to answer, reply, move, or
`otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint by twenty-nine (29) days to September 19, 2023,
`which is the deadline for the other served Defendants.
`
`Accordingly, if the requested extension is acceptable to Your Honor, we respectfully
`request that the Court enter the enclosed Order extending the response deadline to September
`19, 2023.
