`This matter having come before the Court upon the application of Defendants Akin Gump

`Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Matthew A. Pearson (“Akin Gump”), through their counsel,

`Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, P.C., for an Order, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.1, extending
`
`Akin Gump’s time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint filed by Plaintiff on
`
`April 8, 2023 [ECF No. 1] and served on Akin Gump on May 10, 2023 [ECF No. 21]; and the time
`
`for Akin Gimp to respond to the Complaint having not yet expired; and Akin Gump having
`
`received no prior extensions other than 14 days pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.1(b); and good
`

`cause for the requested extension having been shown due to the complexity of the issues in the

`Complaint, the fact that this matter is in the early stages, that other defendants have not been served

`same schedule as other defendants; and the lack of prejudice to Plaintiff;
`
