`This firm represents Defendants Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Matthew A.
`Pearson, Esq. (collectively, “Akin”) in the above-referenced matter. We write to provide the Court
`with additional information regarding Akin’s application to extend its time to answer, reply, move,
`or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint from June 14 to July 11, 2023 [ECF No. 42]. During
`the evening of Friday, June 9, I received an email from Plaintiff’s counsel confirming that Plaintiff
`consents to the requested extension.

`Accordingly, Akin respectfully requests that the Court enter the proposed Order [ECF No.

`42-1] extending Akin’s response deadline to July 11, 2023.
