`his undersigned counsel, and moves the Honorable Court, for an Order admitting Joseph D. Garrity,

`Esq., pro hac vice in this matter pursuant to L.Civ. R.101.1(c).

`PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT, for the purposes of this Motion, the

`Plaintiff, MONIB ZIRVI, M.D., Ph.D., shall rely upon the Certification of Joseph D. Garrity, Esq.,

`which is being filed with this Motion. In addition, with the Certification of the undersigned counsel
