`We represent Defendant Sony Electronics Inc. (“SEL”) in the above-identified case. SEL
`submits this concise status letter to the Court in advance of the status conference on July 23, 2024.
`
`Pursuant to the Court’s Corrected Amended Scheduling Order, on June 14, 2024, SEL
`served its: (1) Non-Infringement Contentions and Responses, along with corresponding documents
`in its possession and control, in accordance with L. Pat. R. 3.2A; and (2) Invalidity Contentions,
`along with corresponding documents in its possession and control, in accordance L. Pat. R. 3.3
`and 3.4. Plaintiff Jawbone Innovations LLC served its Responses to Defendant’s Invalidity
`Contentions in accordance with L. Pat. R. 3.4A on July 15, 2024.
`
`SEL is unaware of any issues requiring the Court’s intervention at this time.
