`This firm represents Plaintiff Jawbone Innovations, LLC (“Jawbone”) in connection with the
`above-referenced matter. Pursuant to Your Honor’s instructions during the April 30, 2024 status
`conference, this letter is submitted on behalf of Jawbone and Defendant Sony Electronics Inc.
`Counsel for the parties have met and conferred, and respectfully submit this joint proposed
`schedule through submission of the Markman briefs and proposal for a Markman Hearing in this
