`Application is hereby made pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.1 for a Clerk’s Order

`automatically extending the time within which Defendant RAB Lighting Inc. may answer, move,

`or otherwise respond to the Complaint, and it is represented that:

`No previous extension has been obtained under the Federal Rules of Civil
`
`Procedure or the Local Civil Rules of the District of New Jersey;

`Defendant was served with process on May 14, 2018;
`
`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(A)(i), Defendant’s time to answer, move or

`otherwise respond to the Complaint currently expires on June 4, 2018;

`Defendant has represented it has not yet retained litigation counsel or New Jersey
`
`counsel in this case, but that it is in the process of doing so; and

` In light of the June 4 deadline, Defendant has requested that Plaintiff’s counsel

`file, on Defendant’s behalf, this Application with the Court.

`Accordingly, and pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.1(b), the Plaintiff respectfully
