`Disclosure Statement contains proprietary and sensitive information of Maia, and thus, requires

`sealing;

`WHEREAS, plaintiff Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC (“Fresenius”) does not object to Maia’s
`
`request to have Maia’s Corporate Disclosure Statement sealed at this time;

`NOW, THEREFORE, Fresenius and Maia hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the

`approval of the Court, that Maia’s Corporate Disclosure Statement, filed on April 29, 2016,

`requires production and should be marked and maintained as confidential and sealed.
