`THIS MATTER having been opened to the Court by Plaintiff Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

`("Jazz"), by and through its counsel, in connection with Jazz's Motion to Seal pursuant to Local

`Civil Rule 5.3(c), (ECF No. 84); and the Court having considered the papers submitted by Jazz
`
`in support of its Motion, as well as the papers submitted by Defendants Par Pharmaceutical, Inc.
`
`("Par") and Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC ("Amneal") (collectively, "Defendants") in further
`
`support thereof, (ECF No. 89); and the Court having been notified by Par of the information
`
`which Par has designated Highly Confidential; and the Court having considered the Declaration
`
`of Bradford C. Frese, counsel for Par, and the Court having further considered the Declaration of
`
`Krishan Thakker, counsel for Amneal, and the Court having adopted the Findings of Fact and
`
`Conclusions of Law submitted by Defendants in further support of Jazz's Motion to Seal, (ECF
`
`No. 89-3 at 3-6), which are incorporated herein by reference; and Defendants having submitted
`
`redacted versions of Jazz's October 8, 2014 Letter and its exhibits in which only the confidential
`
`information contained therein has been redacted, (ECF No. 89-6); and the Court having further
`
`found that the standards of Local Civil Rule 5.3(c)(2) have been met and support maintaining the
`
`unredacted versions of Jazz's October 8, 2014 Letter to the Court and Exhibit B thereto under
`
`seal; and good cause having been shown,
