`This firm is counsel for defendant Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC in the above-captioned
`consolidated action.
`There is presently scheduled a status conference in this case for
`September 29, 2014, at 10:00 am.
`The purpose of this letter is to request a one-week
`adjournment of this conference because defendant Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC's lead counsel
`will not be able to attend the conference because of a prior scheduled commitment.
`I have
`discussed this adjournment with plaintiff Jazz Pharmaceuticals,
`Inc.'s and defendant Par
`Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s counsel and each party has no objection to this request for a short
`postponement.
