`At this time, the Court will enter a Discovery Order containing Defendant,

`Pharmaceuticals' Proposed Paragraph, which omits the exception for secondary considerations

`nonobviousness as it relates to the treatment of confidential information with respect to wh

`such information produced by one Defendant can be used by the Plaintiff against ano

`Defendant. Subject to our further discussions, the Plaintiff is permitted to raise this issue again
