`Limited (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Lupin Ltd.. Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and

`Lupin Inc. (“Lupin,” and together with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”). the Parties hereby stipulate and

`agree that all claims, counterclaims and affirmative defenses asserted by the Parties against each
