`ORDERED that Defendants' Motion, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.3(c), to Seal the
`
`Confidential Information, (ECF No. 283), is hereby GRANTED; and it is further
`
`ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall maintain the unredacted version of the
`
`portion of the April 25, 2016 transcript containing the Confidential Irtformation, (ECF No. 275),
`
`under seal; and it is further
`
`ORDERED that a redacted version of that transcript, in which only the Confidential
`
`Information has been redacted, shall be available on the public docket. Defendaqts shall prepare
`
`a redacted version of the transcript consistent with the terms of this Order, and shall provide the
`
`Court Reporter with an electronic version of the redacted transcript, if they have not done so
`
`already; and it is further
`
`ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall unseal Docket Entry No. 274, which is the
`
`portion of the April 25, 2016 transcript that does not contain any Confidential Information; and
`
