`PC, represents plaintiffs Jazz Phannaceuticals, Inc. and Jazz Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited
`(collectively, "Jazz") in the above-referenced matters.

`We write to respectfully request a modification of the schedule for opposition and reply
`briefs regarding defendant Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. 's ("Par") motions for judgment on the
`pleadings (C.A. 13-391, D.I. 244; C.A. 15-7580, D.I. 23). Currently, Jazz's opposition briefs are
`due on April 18, 2016, and Par's reply briefs are due on April 25. Due to the unavailability of
`Jazz's counsel, the parties have agreed to a reciprocal extension of these dates, so that opposition
`briefs would be due on May 9 and reply briefs would be due on May 16. If this meets with Your
`Honor's approval, we respectfully request that Your Honor sign and enter the below form of
`endorsement on the respective dockets.
