`THIS MATTER having been brought before the Court: on Defendant Amneal
`
`Pharmaceuticals, LLC's Motion to Seal Certain Materials Pursuant to L. Civ .. R 5.3; and the
`
`Court: having considered the submission of the parties in connection with tht motion; and the
`
`Court: having considered the factors contained in L. Civ. R. 5.3(c}(2), the Court makes the
`
`following findings of fact and conclusions of law:
`
`1. Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC's January 19, 2016 letter v and exhibits to the
`
`Honorable JosephA, Dickson, U.S.M.J. {hereinafter the "Confidential Materials")
`
`contains confidential, technical, and business information that has been desigJ1attd as
`
`"HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL-SUBJECT TO DISCOVERY CONFIDENTIALITY
`
`ORDER" by one or more of Plaintiff Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc, and Defendants
`
`Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Wockhardt Bio AGt and/or Par Pharmaceutical, Inc~
`
`(collectively the 4'Parties") under the Discovery Con:fic.ientiality Order entered in this
`
`case (D.l. 73).

`2. The Parties have a legitimate interest in protecting the confidentiality of their trade
`
`secrets and other confidential research, development, development. commercial, and
`
`technical information.
`
`3. Public disclosure of 1his information would cause the Parties significant harm because
`
`public disclosure of trade secrets and other confidential research,, develdpinent,
`
`commercial, and technical information would provide the public insight into 1he
`
`business and operations of the Parties, their processes in consideriag and developing
`
`proprietary technology, and would give competitors an unfair advantage.
`
`4. Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC's requested sealing is the least restrictive alternative
`
`because it includes only the Confidential Materials, which contain confidential,
`
`technical, and business information that have been designated by the Parti~ as
`
