`212-2); and the Court having further found that the standards of Local Civil Rule 5.3(c)(2) have
`
`been met and support the sealing of portions of Jazz's January 12, 2016 letter to the undersigned
`
`(ECF No. 198); and for good cause having been shown,

`ORDERED that Jazz's Motion to Seal portions of its January 12, 2016 letterpursuant

`to Local Civil Rule 5.3(c), (ECF No. 199), is hereby GRANTED; and it is further

`198), shall remain sealed; and it is further

`ORDERED that, on or before April 1, 2016, Jazz shall publicly file a redacted version
