`This firm, together with Arent Fox LLP, represents defendant Par Pharmaceutical, Inc.
`("Par") in the above matter.
`
`We write on behalf of all parties in the above consolidated matter to respectfully request
`the Court's approval of an additional one-week extension of time -- from March 11, 2016 to
`March 18, 2016 -- to submit a proposed discovery confidentiality. The parties have
`been diligently working to reach an agreement on the form of that order. However, additional
`time is needed to work through a few remaining issues.

`Accordingly, we respectfully request that Your Honor grant a one-week extension of time
`from Friday, March 11, 2016 to Friday, March 18, 2016, for submission of the proposed
`discovery confidentiality order. If the parties' proposal is acceptable to the Court, we would
`respectfully request that the Court execute the below provision and have this letter filed with the
`Clerk of the Court.

`We thank the Court for its consideration in this matter. Naturally, ifthe Court has any
`questions, we would be pleased to respond at the Court's earliest convenience.
