`RE:
`
`Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al. v. Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC., et al
`Civil Action No. 2:13-cv-391 (ES)(JAD) (Consolidated)
`
`Dear Judge Dickson:
`
`This Firm, together with Rakoczy, Molino, Mazzochi & Siwik, represents the Lupin
`Defendants in connection with the above referenced matter.
`
`On February 17, 2016, the Court entered the Scheduling Order (D.E. 215) which set
`February 19, 2016 as the deadline for the parties to serve their Rule 26 Initial Disclosures.
`During the January 13, 2016 Rule 16 Conference, the Lupin Defendants advised the Court that
`their answer to the Amended Complaint was not due until February 26, 2016 and requested that
`the Lupin Defendants have until that date to serve their Rule 26 Initial Disclosures. Counsel for
`Jazz agreed to this request and Your Honor indicated that it was acceptable as well. See Exhibit
`1 (1/13/16 Tr. at 11:14-19). We have also reconfirmed with plaintiffs their agreement that the
`Lupin Defendants' Rule 16 Initial Disclosures are due on February 26, 2016. See Exhibit 2.
`
`In light of the foregoing, the Lupin Defendants respectfully request that Your Honor "So
`Order" this letter so as to permit the Lupin Defendants to serve their Rule 26 Initial Disclosures
`no later than February 26, 2016.
`
`We are available for a telephonic or in person conference with Your Honor to address the
`foregoing.
`
