`Actavis, Inc. was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Actavis plc, a publicly-traded

`On June 15, 2015, Actavis plc changed its name to Allergan plc.

`As such, Actavis Laboratories UT, Inc. and Actavis, Inc. are now wholly-owned
