`Inc. (“Par”) in the above consolidated action.

`Pursuant to the Court’s June 15, 2015 Order (ECF No. 142), we enclose for Your
`Honor’s consideration a proposed Discovery Confidentiality Order (“Order”) embodying
`Defendants” position regarding Paragraphs 6(a) and 6(1)). The remainder of the Order is identical
`to the one submitted by the Parties on May 26, 2015. If the enclosed Order meets with Your
`Honor’s approval, we would very much appreciate if Your Honor would execute the Order and
`have it filed with the Clerk of the Court.
