`considered the papers submitted by Par in support of the present Motion; and the Court having

`considered and adopted the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law submitted by Par in

`support of the present Motion; and the Court having further found that the standards of Local
`
`Civil Rule 5.3(c)(2) have been met and support sealing an unredacted version of the Transcript;

`and for the reasons set forth in the record of the proceedings, and for other and good cause
`
`having been shown;

`these cases. Par shall prepare a redacted Transcript consistent with the terms of this Order, and

`shall provide the Court Reporter with an electronic version of that redacted Transcript for posting
`
`on the respective dockets for these matters.
