`represents Plaintiff Jazz Phannaceuticals, Inc. e'Jazz") in the above-referenced matter.

`Pursuant to the Court's request at the January 8, 2015 status conference, the parties ha
`met and conferred regarding the schedule in this matter and related matters before Your Hono
`concerning Jazz's patents covering its Xyrem product. While the parties have made progress
`:c,egarding scheduling issues, they believe that some additional time will be helpful in resolvin
`disputes without the need for court intervention. Accordingly, we respectfully request until
`January 30, 2015, to submit a proposed schedule to the Court. Defendants Amneal
`Pharmaceuticals, LLC and Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. join in this request.
