`This firm represents Defendants Accord Biopharma, Inc., Accord Healthcare Inc., and Intas
`Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (“Accord”) in this case. In its Initial Case Management Order of February
`26, 2025, the Court scheduled an Initial Case Management Conference on March 26, 2025. Accord
`writes to advise the Court that counsel in this matter is currently scheduled for a 2-day Bench trial
`in Delaware, March 25 - March 26, 2025.

`Accordingly, Accord respectfully requests that the Initial Case Management Conference currently
`scheduled for March 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 5A, be rescheduled to April 1, 2025, at
`2:00 p.m. EDT. This is the first request for an adjournment.

`Counsel for Accord has inquired with counsel for all parties of record, who have consented to this
`request.

`If Your Honor approves, Accord respectfully requests that Your Honor “So Order” this letter and
